Start here
- 1 Add your property A name, an address and a country. If somebody lives there already, switch on Occupied and enter the lease in the same form.
- 2 Add the lease and its tenants The lease holds the rent, the deposit and the dates. Tenants belong to a lease, so a new lease starts with new tenants.
- 3 Record money as it moves Rent that arrives and bills you pay are transactions. What the tenant owes is a charge. Allocate money received to the charges it covers.
- 4 Let reminders do the chasing A reminder template emails your tenants before rent falls due, or only once it is late, listing exactly what is still owed.
